Storrs Center

Completed in 2014, Storrs Center is a mixed-use project that contains retail, collegiate housing, medical office, and free-standing retail adjacent to the 30,000 student University of Connecticut flag ship campus. Included in this 123,326 square-foot, Class A neighborhood retail center located on Storrs Road (Route 195 a primary road) in Storrs, Connecticut are UConn Bookstore (Barnes & Noble), UConn Health Center, CVS Pharmacy, Price Chopper grocery store, along with many other retail tenants and a number of restaurants. The center is designed to look and feel like a downtown setting where shoppers can gather and socialize, relax on the town square while viewing various performances that occur there, or grab a bite to eat from one of the many restaurants.
